By accessing or using Wrapt List ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Wrapt List is a curated company directory featuring an interactive 3D world map. Users can submit company listings, explore companies, vote, and upgrade to premium tiers for enhanced visibility.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or submitting a listing.

4. Company Listings

By submitting a company listing, you represent that you have the authority to list the company and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion. Listings must not contain misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Premium tiers (Pro, Elite, Apex) are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Downgrading your tier may result in changes to your listing's placement and visibility on the map.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Manipulate votes or engagement metrics through automated means
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-submitted listings), is owned by Mearovate and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
